How do we strictly control the size of FEP tubing ？

Controlling the size of FEP tubing is vital due to strict size tolerances. At Dongguan Suniu Electronics Co.,Ltd, this is done using two main types of instruments: Pin Gauges and the Diameter Laser Measurement Machine. 

1. Pin Gauges are used to measure and inspect the inside diameter of the tubing. The pin gauge designed for the lower limit diameter should fit effortlessly through the tubing's ID, while the upper limit pin gauge should fit loosely.

2. The Diameter Laser Measurement Machine continuously measures and records the diameter and eccentricity of FEP plastic tubing. The device alarms if the size exceeds the default value. With these methods, Suniu Electronics ensures every piece of Teflon FEP tubing adheres to the specified measurements.
